JKCC offers four website design packages. Tier 1-3 and Tier 4, Custom Web Design. We also offer custom web site development if your needs are more complex. Tier 1 provides a basic “business card” web presence that allows you to receive traffic from the Internet and up to 3 custom email addresses, all in a one page design. The cost is $395, which includes a $100 fee for set-up and the first year of registration of your domain name. Monthly hosting is $19.95 a month and includes one maintenance update.

Tier 2 provides a more robust website presence. This package provides everything in the Tier 1 package adding up to 10 total email addresses, multi page site design and additional web effects. The cost is $695, which includes a $100 fee for set-up and the first year of registration of your domain name. Monthly hosting is $19.95 a month and includes three maintenance updates.

Tier 3 is our top of the line package. This package provides everything in Tier 1 & 2 plus up to 30 total email addresses, multi page site design using with more customizable options and web effects. For instance, our sample site provides up to five custom pages and the ability to have a “private” member section and/or a “private” administration area. The cost is $995 which includes a $100 fee for set-up and the first year of registration of your domain name. Monthly hosting is $24.95 a month and includes five maintenance updates.

Tier 4 As with any product, pre-designed websites may not meet your needs. JKCC can develop a completely custom website for your business. Options that are often requested are online stores, PDF downloadable forms, custom graphics or backgrounds, variable number of email addresses, variable number of pages, Flash introduction pages and Security Certificates. The cost is estimated after a brief planning session and would be in addition to a $100 fee for set-up and the first year of registration of your domain name. Monthly hosting can range from $19.95 to $29.95 a month. The number of email addresses and maintenance updates will be established once the scope of the project is identified.

There are various customization options available to you at the Tier 3 & 4 level; they include choice of backgrounds and buttons, custom images and slideshows, navigation styles and structures, and several technologies such as Flash, JavaScript and DHTML. Q: How much web space do I get?
A: We utilize servers that can support up to 25GB of data. However, the typical website is less than 10MB in size. We will allocate space based on your website size and monthly data transfer rates. If you feel your site will require a large amount of data to be stored on the web server please contact your JKCC sales representative.
Q: How much data can I transfer a month?
A: We utilize servers that can support up to 10GB of data transfer a month. If you feel your site will require a large amount of data to be transferred each month please contact your JKCC sales representative.
Q: Will I have ftp access to my site?
A: Yes. JKCC includes monthly maintenance updates with your package and sells maintenance agreements monthly, quarterly and annually.
Q: What if I want more email addresses than my package offers?
A: Additional email addresses can be purchased in singles or multiples. Please contact your JKCC sales representative for details.
Q: Are additional maintenance update packages available to purchase for my JKCC website or existing website?
A: Yes. The rate varies by complexity of site, frequency and term of package. Please contact your JKCC sales representative for details.
Q: Is it possible to purchase a tier 1-3 web package and purchase customization for a specific page(s)?
A: Yes. We will bill for the package you choose then provide an estimate for services on the custom development. Please contact your JKCC sales representative for details.
Q: I have an existing web site that I am happy/not happy with; can I have you move the site to one of your web hosting servers?
A: Yes. We can move the site to one of our servers. In addition, we can take over maintenance of your site to provide consolidated billing.
Q: If I choose tier 1-3 packages, what is customizable at no additional cost?
A: Typically images, colors, font type and button styles are the primary elements customized. If you would like to inquire about customizing other elements, Please contact your JKCC sales representative.
